We recognized that Donovan WaterWorks needed a way to educate and engage their growing audience on social media. To meet this goal, we launched a brand-new TikTok account and began posting short, easy-to-follow tutorial videos on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

Working closely with the DWW team, we decided which topics would be most helpful to homeowners and prospective customers, then took care of every step—from filming and editing to designing eye-catching thumbnails.

These thumbnails not only grab attention in a crowded social feed but also reinforce the Donovan WaterWorks brand. By sharing practical, high-quality plumbing tips in a friendly format, we’ve helped DWW stand out as a trusted resource, build stronger connections with viewers, and boost social media engagement across all platforms.

Results from the first quarter we worked with Donovan WaterWorks showed a jump in Instagram views by 647% and Facebook interactions by 105%. We also racked up over 12,000 post views in the first 90 days after launching a brand new TikTok account for DWW. It's exciting to see our efforts really connecting with audiences and boosting the brand’s reach.
